Happy Chinese New Year! 2012 is the Year of the Dragon.

Celebrate the Year of the Dragon in your classroom on January 23rd! Here are some links to some great crafts and activities. You can even order customized fortune cookies for the kids from a company here in Indiana (the fancy fortune cookies link).  You can distribute customary red envelopes (with chocolate coins) and the kids can make their own parade dragons with some construction paper, tissue and a pair of chopsticks.
